1. Cukup kasir yang sedang bertugas saja yang login ke akun kasir.
2. Kasir disarankan untuk ikut mengakses spreadsheet untuk melakukan crosscheck terhadap pesanan yang masuk di form dan format yang dikirimkan oleh kustomer.
3. Kasir mengonfirmasi username kustomer yang sudah membayar ke GDM FINANCE x OPERATING. Boleh dikirim tiap 10-15 menit sekali, tiap 5 kustomer, atau cara lain yang paling efektif tetapi tidak menyulitkan kasir maupun Divisi Operating.
4. Alur membalas DM kustomer: berikan total pesanan, nota, link kolom pembayaran, dan reminder untuk mengirim tweet konfirmasi ke DM >>> ucapkan terima kasih dan kirimkan Thank You Card.
5. Caption ketika membalas pesan boleh berbeda-beda, sesuaikan dengan kreativitas kalian (sekaligus menghindari spam). Yang penting, hal-hal yang tertulis di poin no. 4 tidak tertinggal.
6. Apabila ada pertanyaan dari kustomer yang kurang jelas atau kasir ragu untuk menjawabnya, boleh di-forward terlebih dahulu ke GDM FINANCE agar dapat dibantu.
7. Bagi yang bertugas menandai Spreadsheet, tidak perlu memberi tanda dari awal sampai akhir kolom. Boleh hanya di time stamp dan username-nya saja, yang penting tanda dapat diketahui oleh Divisi Operating.
8. Kasir yang sudah terlanjur memasukkan item "Peony" ke dalam aplikasi Qasir/Invoice, boleh menghapus item tersebut karena tidak tertera di dalam katalog.
9. Apabila ada yang memesan Paket, jangan lupa untuk menambahkan Additional Notes berupa jenis bunga di aplikasi Qasir/Invoice.
10. Tolong utamakan komunikasi. Apabila tiba-tiba tidak bisa online di jam shift, tolong memberi kabar ke GDM atau salah satu dari rekan yang lain agar dapat segera di-back up.
11. Tolong utamakan senyum, sapa, salam, sopan, dan santun ketika berkomunikasi dengan kustomer. :]
