Keto Chow Shamrock Shake 1 Serving Vanilla Chow (I utilized 15/50 for oil/cream) 1 tbsp mint extract (not to be confused with peppermint, though I think of that would taste good likewise) 1/2 square 85% chocolate for garnish 2-3 tbsp homemade whipped cream 4-5 drops green food coloring The mint appeared to have a difficult time taking control of the milkshakey taste of the chow, which is why I had to include more but it was oh so excellent. I 'd envision you could make this with your routine protein shake too and mix with some ice (use less mint) and it would be respectable.</p>

<p class="p__2">I seemed like I had a little reward every day and mainly looked forward to the shake. To be truthful it is a little pricey for us (we are really penny-wise normally) however would quickly change your cost of often lunching out. I'm uncertain if we will order more immediately but I am pretty thinking about a few of the fancier flavors like cookies and cream. P.S.
