Senmei's Storm Breathing (Buster Form can only be used when extremely injured) (No it isn't a typo. The move is literally called Strom's Nebula)

First Form: Flash Flood
(Slice down with their nichirin, causing four clouds to appear next to them. They'll rain down with enough force to shake the ground)
Second Form: Seal Shackle Lightning
(Thrust their nichirin forward, lightning bolts striking. If lightning bolts hit, shackle the target) (shackling basically cripples them for 30 seconds)
Third Form: Wildfire
(Throw the nichirin sideways, flames coming from it. At a certain point, the nichirin flips vertically and creates a pillar of flames
Fourth Form: Geocrash
(Stab the nichirin into the ground, allowing Senmei to control the entire terrain at will {with the cost of chipping the nichirin})
Fifth Form: Light Rays
(Point the nichirin at the sky, rays of light striking down. This imitates a heatwave)
Sixth Form: Acidic Flash Flood
(Spin with the nichirin, acid flooding the entire area for five seconds. The spin keeps the acid away from Senmei)
Seventh Form: Acidic Downpour
(Point the nichirin at the sky, slicing down fast. Acid waterfalls mixed with hail rain crashes down around them)
Eighth Form: Stardust Collapse
(Point the nichirin at their target, small bits of stardust crystalizing and slamming into the opponent)
Buster Form: Senmei's Last Shout: Strom's Nebula
(Senmei screams with what energy is left, pointing the nichirin at the sky. Every element in existence forms together into ten giant pillars. The pillars radiate and orbit Senmei going in and out. This is a guaranteed hit move, but also damages Senmei slightly)
