Which BA tasks and activities have you performed in your current or past job? How do these compare with what your peers do in other organizations?

According to me, analysing the needs and providing solutions to an organisation is an important task for the Business Analyst. I used to work as a customer service representative in 'Flipkart' which is one of the largest e-commerce company in India. Once upon a time, one customer came and said he want to return the product as the product he received was broken and want the refund for the same. So, that time i analysed the need what customer want and why he want. Then i checked the policy for giving the refund as customer demands. One all checks were done, i initiated the refund. Also, i'd like to tell you about my friend is a Software Developer. He told me that he listen the needs what a client want in the software . After analysing, he develop the software as per the needs of the client.
