I logged on at 10-11-14 to see I was banned,as I tried to find out why I was aware there were a lot misconceptions on banning me these are the only two I could find that were completely seen in a bad view:

I don't see how saying the XM8 is not a good gun is harassment.

This one the room was no Crusher and i had not wanted to get kicked so i said kill me but the reporter thought I had intention of trying to give players more exp and I can tell you that this was not planned and I had no other player co-operating with me, it was just a simple act of trying to not get kicked from the room since I wanted to stay; I just didn't want to get kicked due to me accidentally pressing 1, when it was a no Crusher Mutagen game.

The other two however was my little brother who I let to play CA on only for quarantine, he is not much of a fan for other modes like Elim, Elim pro, he would rather be playing modes like Fireteam and Quarantine Regen. And the two instance we have been reported are not me since it was my little brother, you can kind of see that since the spellings are dodgy. Here is proof for the dodgy spellings.

Unfortunately I couldn't find anything for this one.
But he likes to play Minecraft, I tried to find history on the browser to show that he likes to play Minecraft and Clash of Clans, I managed to find some
history on Minecraft but no videos on Clash of Clans.

If you look in this picture you can see on the fourth page from the top has a spelling mistake, which proves that I do have a brother and I have suddenly made an imaginary little brother. And personally as a scholar I attend to a grammar school which is nearly 500 years old. So that means I am not going to be someone makes silly spelling mistakes that make someone look like a fool.

This is one of his creations that he made, he also knows a lot about Yogcast's complete pack, I have no idea what that is but he is trying to tell me to add the version and a lot more info about it on this post, he regrets those action and saying all those things and is sad since he knows that I have spent a lot of money, I have full speed perm and Striker mutagen perm and specialists perm which I gotten so my little brother can play. So I am 100% sure he has learned a lesson and will never do it again. I was completely unaware that he has been doing things like this, I had only known what had happened when I had been banned for power-leveling, and going back to the fact that he likes to play a lot of Minecraft, I have not leveled up in a long while since he has not played Quarantine Regen and Fireteam, which in Combat Arms is known very well for fast exp. If you do have access to my latest game matches you will notice that I have not gone into a Quarantine Regen or Fireteam match since my brother doesn't play very much, it has just been sniper only games and a lot of Elimination matches maybe a few others modes. Which has lowered my level up rate massively.

I just want my efforts to be a better player to go away and I don't want to be banned permanent for something I hadn't done and I was not aware of, also me spending above £300 on this game plays a huge role into my disappointment, and I am even more sad since my parents are having a financial struggle and have not given me a birthday present. So this is not helping at all. I am completely fine with the GMs resetting my level to a Recruit so I get a low status, I don't mind if all my stats and accolades are gone, I just want to have my weapons, currency(GP and NX) to stay and my weapons to stay, since I have worked hard to collect the rares I have,for example PSY M416 CQB and PSY TPG 1-Pro, I also have a lot more that are fairly classed as rares, I really don't want the £300+ to go down the drains, I was also planning to buy NX to get M4A1 for perm, until I had seen this.

I hope you really take this into note and you will consider un-banning me, and again I am really sorry that a lot of the fellow players in the community have been 'pissed off'. I will do my very best to not let anything like this ever happen again, because I really do like this game and I have consumed a lot of time to ever stop playing this game, and I will always be trying to help the community, so again I am really sorry that this has ever happened.
