1) House in borjomi village mzetamze. big house with two floors and 5 bedrooms. 2 kitchen and storage is available. house is 500 square meters. with house comes land 1200 square meters, that has garden with apple,pear and other trees. electricity,water and gas(sokar gas) is available. no fiber optics, but only satelite and mobile(magti) internet.

Important note:while some shops are nearby , but they are with limited capacity. not all products are available and their price is much expensive than in city center.No spar, smart , nikora or similar supermakets. there is school nearby but the road is full with dirt. crime rates are not bad, but sometimes it happens. air purity is very good if we compare to any other city. no bolt or yandex is available, but only local taxi. there is also hostel nearby in 200 meters.
internet reception(magti 4g) is very good, so does gps signal reception. some neighboors also are selling house , the average price on square meter is 5$ (rumour) ,4 $ (municipality). water sometimes can be little dirty and but electricity is always available.
pear trees are very old and ill, but apple trees are very good.the storage house needs some renovation, but so far so good house is ok.sometimes wolves come from nearby forests, but very rarely they can be seen, only can be heard by their voices.
