우리나라 청소년중 상당수가 태아는 생명이 아니며 낙태는 여성의 권리라고 주장하는 생명경시 풍조가 만연하고 있습니다.
성경은 태아에 대해서 무엇이라 말씀하고 있을까요 ?
누가복음 1장 15절에서 세례 요한은 "모태로부터 성령의 충만함을 받아"라고 하였는데 이는 모태의 태아가 생명이요 인간임을 말해 주고 있습니다.
또한 다윗은 시편 139편을 통해 "주께서 내 내장을 지으시며 나의 모태에서 나를 만드셨나이다"라고 말하여 하나님의 지으심이 태아때부터 였음을 말해주고 있습니다.
또한 예레미야 1장 5절에는 "내가 너를 모태에 짓기 전에 너를 알았고 네가 배에서 나오기 전에 너를 성별 하였고"라는 말씀을 통해 태아이기 이전에도 이미 주님이 우리 생명을 주관하심을 말하고 있습니다.

그럼에도 불구하고 지난 4월 11일 우리니라 헌법재판소는 1년 남짓한 짧은 유예기간을 두고 사실상 태아를 죽일수 있도록 법제화 시키는 일의 첫 삽을 뜨는 엄청난 과오를 범하고 말았습니다.
이 유예기간동안 입법부가 하나님을 두려워하는 마음으로 법을제정하고 청소년들이 바른 가치관을 우리모두 기도하고 노력하여야 겠습니다.
