Pov:
You wake up in a dark room, and you can't see anything. You bound to a chair and a bright light above you suddenly flicks on, nearly blinding you. You blink a few times to clear your vision. You look around and there is only one light on, the one above you. It almost looks like something out of a movie and the rest of the room is dark. You continue looking around and you see black shoes. One is tapping the floor lightly, as if impatient. The shoes step forward, and a tall, lean figure begins to appear in the light. "Oh y/n... I never would've seen myself doing this."
Your eyes widen as you realize that you recognize the figures voice. It's a close friend of yours. Questions start to race through your head like a train through a subway. Where are we? Why are we even here? Are we alone? Is this some joke?
Your thoughts suddenly get cut off by a soft chuckle and you lift your head to look at your friend. "I know you have many questions y/n. But let just cut to the point." You raise an eyebrow, confused. Your friend crosses their arms, appearing somehow upset. "I'm jealous. y/n. I've always been jealous." You think and ask them "Why? Are you jealous of me?" The friend laughs and kneels down Infront of you "oh ofc not! No not of you. I'm jealous of your s/o.. y/n." You begin pull your face away but suddenly a tight grip grabs your face and pulls you in close. Your friend looks into your eyes, staring directly into your soul. You start to feel a little warmness across your cheeks and your stomach starts to turn. "we can't be together.." you mumble. Your friend's face gets serious "I don't care.. I want you. I NEED you.. y/n." They let go of your face and stand up. "So much that I'll get rid of anyone who's in my way." They smile and pull your s/o out of the shadows and drop their unconscious body into the floor with a heavy thud. Your friend Smiles and kneels down Infront of you again "I ADORE you y/n! I always have!" Their face gets serious and they point to the unconscious 'lover' of yours who's on the floor. "But you always choose other people! Not me! You choose people who don't even love you like I do!" You start to feel tears streaming down your cheeks, from pure shock. You're speechless, you don't know what to say. Is there even anything to say in this situation? Your thoughts get cut off, once again. But from something different. You feel warmth on your lips and you realize that your friend, is kissing you. You try to pull yourself away but you fall deeply into the kiss and close your eyes, kissing them back. Their soft lips against yours feels so wrong.. but so right. They still taste the same from years ago, the somehow natural taste of warm buttercream you fanned over every time you two kissed. Your stomach starts flipping, as if the butterfly began to fly. They stop and pull away, smiling. "I knew you still loved me, y/n."
