1. Eeylops Owl Emporium
Eeylops Owl Emporium adalah tempat yang menjual burung hantu dan segala perlengkapan burung hantu seperti kurung,makanan, dan keperluan lainnya. Eeylops Owl Emporium terletak 521 Diagon alley di sebelah utara diagon alley. Tempatnya sempit dan gelap dikarenakan burung hantu adalah makhluk nocturnal yang biasa beraktifitas di kegelapan malam. Rubeus hadrig membelikan burung hantu untuk harry potter sebagai kado ulang tahunnya dan diberi nama "Hedwig"

2. Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream Parlour
Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream Parlour adalah toko yang menjual es krim dan terletak di bagian utara dari diagon alley. toko ini di jalankan oleh florean fortescue sebelum dia menghilang tahun 1996. Tokonya digambarkan sebagai tempat yang kecil dan memiliki tempat untuk duduk baik diluar maupun didalamnya. Pada kunjungan pertama harry potter ke diagon alley, hadrig membelikan es krim besar yang diduga dibelinya dari toko Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream Parlour.

3. Flourish and Blotts Bookseller
Flourish and Blotts Bookseller adalah toko buku yang terletak di bagian utara diagon alley. Didirikan pada tahun 1654, disini tempat para siswa hogwarts membeli buku pelajaran. toko ini memiliki beberapa problem pada beberapa buku nya, seperti pada buku yang berjudul "The Invisible Book of Invisibility" dimana harganya yang mahal tapi tidak ada yang bisa menemukan dimana buku tersebut. Tempat ini adalah tempat dimana Gilderoy lockhart mengadakan penandatanganan bukunya dan mengambil kesempatan untuk mengumumkan bahwa ia akan mengajar PTIH di hogwarts.

4. Gringotts Wizarding Bank
Gringotts Wizarding Bank is the only bank of the wizarding world, and is owned and operated by goblins. It was created by a goblin called Gringott, in 1474. Its main offices are located in the North Side of Diagon Alley in London, England. In addition to storing money and valuables for wizards and witches, one can go there to exchange Muggle money for wizarding money. The currency exchanged by Muggles is later returned to circulation in the Muggle world by goblins. According to Rubeus Hagrid, other than Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Gringotts is the safest place in the wizarding world. The motto of Gringotts Wizarding Bank is Fortius Quo Fidelius, a Latin phrase that means "Strength through loyalty"

5. The Leaky Cauldron
is a popular wizarding pub and inn in London. It is the entrance to Diagon Alley, and, indirectly Knockturn Alley. For much of the end of the 20th century, Tom was the landlord. At some point, Hannah Abbott became the landlady, moving in with her husband, Neville Longbottom.
It was built by Daisy Dodderidge, the first landlady, in 1500. She said that it was, "to serve as a gateway between the non-wizarding world and Diagon Alley." It rented rooms, had a bar, several private parlour rooms, and a large dining room.
To Muggles, the pub appears to be a broken-down old shop front on Charing Cross Road. This, however, was not the case prior to the imposition of the Statute of Secrecy and, in fact, prior to this, Muggle visitors were neither turned away, nor made to feel unwelcome. The rear of the pub, however, opens up onto a chilly courtyard and the entrance to Diagon Alley. To gain access, a witch or wizard has to tap the bricks in the wall in an anti-clockwise order, causing a doorway to Diagon Alley to form and then rearrange itself back into the original wall after the person(s) walk through.

6. The Magical Menagerie is a shop in North Side, Diagon Alley. It is very cramped and noisy with every inch of wall covered by cages. It sells all kinds of animals - poisonous orange snails, a giant jewel-encrusted tortoise, sleek black rats that are very intelligent, owls, ravens, cats of every colour, Puffskeins, a Transforming Rabbit and much more.

It was there that Ron Weasley gets some Rat tonic for his pet rat, Scabbers, (who was really Peter Pettigrew, hiding in his animagus form) and Hermione Granger gets her cat/Kneazle crossbreed, Crookshanks.
