<p class="p__5">This would be used, for example, for personal sales and other situations where the seller has requested that their property not be noted in the MLS for personal privacy factors. If your seller demands that you not note their home in the MLS, you can send a waiver. Any listing where the seller has actually decided to not market their home through the MLS are subject to the new Office Exclusive policy.</p>
