After asking for mls bright are declaring they are not able to provide a refund. I was registered for Bright MLS service through my association as a realty representative with ******** ****** *********** *********. Apparently they emailed me, but I never ever got an e-mail. They easily sent out the e-mail to my business e-mail address, which I no longer had access to. Charging consumers for services without their knowledge is stealing and dishonest and I hope other people will prevent using this company. The membership arrangement signed by all of our subscribers requires that we get notification of their intention to end one month prior to their next quarterly billing.</p>
