All my life, I've been running, but recently due to Covid and pandemics, lockdowns and other factors I decided to try exercising inside. The stationary bike, on which I have also started to ride inside, is simply remarkable. It features a digital display and natural and surrounding views as you bike thru the roads of the most exotic nations, terrains and even planets.. Similar to the running portion on the treadmill. It brings in the view 360 like a gopro. It also enhances the trail, so you can look right and left, but make sure you don't fall. It's quite distracting , but it's also very relaxing.
However, I find it easier to get my biking and running sessions perfect. You may be wondering what I am talking about. I only play a select amount of songs chosen by me based on their beats per hour. I am a huge audio gear lover. I assign all music I hear into a specific category. There are many songs that I like, and there is many. I start by listening to slow songs. Songs with 80-90 BPM are great to warm up. Once I'm more comfortable, I'll increase the BPM slowly. Then I repeat. Sometimes I'll also add trampoline. It's enjoyable to exercises inside. My wife watches me with a keen eye, which is annoying, but she doesn’t notice.
My running mix or exercise mix lasts about two hours long. Since it builds quickly, I can complete my routing faster than ever before. It's easy to pick up speed without much effort. Slowly, round by round, I speed up my exercise. It takes me about a couple of minutes to finish each round. I also enjoy watching television, listening music and reading news articles while I work out. It has helped me lose approximately 10% - 15 percent of the weight that I was carrying previously. I'd like to become the face of any campaigns that promote the idea of living inside as a way to reduce body fat and make people appear more attractive. But it's not true. The solitude of your life can aid in building more muscle and make your body stronger. This will enable you to remain healthier for longer.
Youtube offers a wide selection of music for my running. I make use of an mp3 converter to convert it. It's simple. I simply input the BPM I'd like to use and it will show me a few options.
