– 6 oeufs
– 1 tasse (235 ml) de lait entier 1 cup whole milk
– 2/3 tasse de farine (85 grammes)
– 1/2 cuillère à table de sel (5 grammes)
– Du beurre
– 3 grosses pommes tranchées
– 1/4 de tasse de sucre brun (50 grammes)
– 1 cuillère à table de cannelle (20 grammes)
La préparation:
– Préchauffez le four à 425F (220C) et faites fondre le beurre, lorsqu’il est fondu placez les pommes sur le dessus.
– Mélangez les oeufs, la farine et le sel ensemble jusqu’à un mélange homogène.
– Lorsque le beurre commence à pétiller entre les pommes, ajoutez le mélange, saupoudrez avec le sucre et la cannelle, faites cuire une vingtaine de minutes.
– Dégustez!
