The California Highway Patrol states someone driving a red 2004 Acura CL was heading south on Highway 41 near Roadway 406 around 8:30 p. m. They somehow wandered west off the roadway, overcorrected, and decreased a steep embankment, causing the vehicle to overturn and rest on its roof.</p>
