Drugs, Cigarettes and Alcohol
Many young and mature people are involved with Drugs but many are not even allowed to take them. Such as younger then the age of 18years. No one should be involved with these kinds of things especially not the young society. Numerous legal drugs include achohol, cigarettes and medicines but only after the age of 18 many teenagers ignore this important rule. Some adults and teenagers take illegal drugs such as cocaine, marijuana, Herion and many more damaging substances. It is also illegal to sell legal drugs under the age of 18. For example a 14 year old wanted to buy cigarettes and the shop owner lets them they are both involved in a crime that will result in a hefty fine eg. $110,000. Explaiing more on the topic of illegal cigarettes is that many high school students which are of the age of between 12- 17 years. Some rebillous teenager might also smoke on school grounds which is violating the rules and the law. In all things law and penalty or punishment must be carried out or through.( put this somewhere else . Young people who take drugs might also be involved in other things such as criminal crimes. Eg theft, murder, illegal dealing, smuggling and much more. Also young people who wish to take drugs under the age of 18 might be pushed or pressuriesed into stealing the drug. Drugs for young people might also lead to damaging health issues such as disease, anerxia, depression, stress due to peer pressure.eg bulling just take the drugs to fit in lol) Punishments for drug users 18 years and younger never get imprisonment time. Ages younger than 18 are considered children in the law system but once you have turned or near the age of 18 you are considered and are a adult in the law. Children the age of ten and younger cannot be considred guilty as they are too young to understand what they are being charged or accused of. 10-14 ages still are considered to be a little wary of the law but if the child knows and understands the crime they will be charged. 15-17 can be charged with criminal or cival offences but many times this age group is lightly punishest and in all ways try to avoid improsoment . But as always everyting is decieded by how serious the crime is and if the judge consideres them as a future threat. and re offend. 18 and over are considered adults and get punished like adults. Such as improsentment.
