Greetings Presidential Team,

I have created a Violation Guide that could be introduced in today's Staff Meeting or at a later time. I thought that it would be easier for Staff to correctly Punish using this Guide, instead of creating a full list of every possible Punishment. Of course, revisions would need to be made accordingly, so I wanted to suggest it to you all. If Approved, I would make a Punishment Guide that follows this.

**Class I - Violations not Directly or Indirectly Harming a User**
Class I Violations are defined as any Violation that does not disrespect or harm another user, whether indirectly or directly. Violations of the Grammar Policy, and, in some circumstances, the Administrative Commands Policy, fall under Class I. If for any reason it was uncertain that a Violation fell under Class I or II, it would automatically be Punished as a Class I.

**Class II - Violations that Cause Minor-Moderate Harm to a User**
Class II Violations are defined as any Violation that may give either simulated physical harm or real emotional harm to a user, in any form, that is not substantial enough to fall under Class III. Violations of the Respect Policy (falling under the Code of Conduct), higher levels of the Administrative Commands Policy, and any format of chatting that is not allowed. If for any reason it is unknown if a Violation falls under Class II or III, it would automatically be Punished as a Class II.

**Class III - Violations that Either Break TOS (Terms of Service) on the Platform or Service**
Class III Violations are defined as any Violation that directly goes against either Roblox's (the "Platform") or Discord's (the "Service") Terms of Service.
