A little over an hour ago I completed the first workout of week four, known as the Fortunate 500. Although the name of this workout was Fortunate, I did not feel fortunate while completing it. Without a doubt I can say this was the hardest workout we have done so far, at least for me. To push through completing 100 push-ups was extremely challenging for me, followed up by the isolated leg lunges with each leg. I had to stay mentally focused on completing these exercises in a row and after doing 100 squats, I can tell you 100 leg lunges was not easy. I can tell that my chest and legs are definitely getting stronger as I progress each week in my workouts. The last mountain climbers took a lot of cardio to keep going, but I pushed through it and enjoyed my shower after my hard earned completion of the Fortunate 500 workout this week. Overall, I see improvements in my ability and drive to continue pushing and exercising. I attached my screenshot of my App below.
