- Why should you be our Lead Developer?
You DMed my about the position, Trxppy must've told you to do it because one does not think that they should scroll hundreds of messages to find a random who joined and ask if they want staff.
- Have you previously had a position in Matrix and if so why did you leave?
Yes, I had the role of Assistant Director, but with higher importance (now it is much easier to get that role). I did not leave, I was banned by Trxppy after he stole the source code to a website I made for Matrix Development. That issue has been resolved, but he is trying to spark conflict between us for some reason.
- As our Lead Developer what would you contribute to the group?
I excell at creating immersive HTML & CSS websites for my clients. I also can lead groups and have led Matrix Development through a lot before I was banned.
- What makes you a better applicant for the Lead Developer position then other applicants?
N/A, I do not know the other applicants, but I would think there are none because you DMed me to ask if I wanted the position.
- As the Lead Developer, how would you run the development department?
By setting Soft and Hard due dates, we can get things done quickly and efficiently. Developers would be ranked by how much work they do to promote a sense of urgency and an incentive to get things done.
- How would you respond to criticism from someone in a higher position than you?
Criticism will not be acknowledged from people higher than me.
- How would you respond to criticism from someone in a lower position than you?
Criticism will not be acknowledged from people lower than me.
- If someone in your department wasn't doing their job properly, what actions would you take to remedy the situation?
DM them, they might be in a position where they cannot do anything at the moment due to personal issues. These things should not be discussed in the server. By creating a 1-on-1 environment with them, they can openly talk to me and we can discuss starting work properly.
