Excel Dropdowns
You only need to have basic Excel skills to add a dropdown into an excel spreadsheet. This will make it easy to create a list of multiple options. To create a dropdown list, you must first name the cell and then use the formula to create the first row. This is what you see in the main section. The UNIQUE function will find unique items in a table. It will then use that information to create an appropriate dropdown list for a cell. The cell should contain the hash character. To create a table, you will need to type a new name into the ClientList area. When you are done creating the list, click on OK.
