hello.

we are BENCO, the beneficiary coalition of dr burner, jester jac, and me, anon emilo. the three of us are a group who came to be in quite a peculiar fashion, but until somewhat recently, our acquaintanceship had no depth past said acquaintanceship. during the aforementioned “recently”, a conversation which birthed the creation of a contract (which i frankly found quite informal, but considering who my colleagues of sorts are, that was to be anticipated) was had, and as of now, we are BENCO.

in short, we are three authors who have written for different reasons and audiences throughout our lives. though perhaps we aren’t the most incredible of writers, nor by any means are we even particularly good people, we wish to write none-the-less. as the name should imply, we decided to create a collection-series to host each of our fields of work anonymously and by doing so, hopefully attract a larger audience and stick our heads out of our echo chambers a bit.

when we each signed, we were fully aware of who we were signing with and, by proxy, what we were signing up for. more directly: do not bother with pointing out the obvious details-seemingly-problems with the way this collection works; we already know. that being said however, going forward, we will be making decisions on how exactly we proceed based on audience feedback (and also, of course, our own collective judgements and stubbornness). this (for now at least) is to be nothing more than a test run; an experiment, if you will.
