You must constantly improve your agility if your goal is to become a great football player. Jumping rope, running through tires, and jumping over cones are all great agility exercises you can do regularly. Set up a course so you can do each activity every day.

The main concerns when protecting the body from football injuries are the damage to the intestinal tract and fractures of the ribs or scapula. Essential gears used are shoulder pads, rib pads, neck rolls, elbow pads and shock pads. The bulky shoulder pad protects the scapula, chest, and ribs. Rib pads, which are worn under the shoulder pad, are designed to protect the ribs. Most often, however, they are used to protect the lower spine.
