Syarat Beasiswa KSE
1. Mahasiswa min. semester 2 dan max. semester 6
2. Surat lam aran beasiswa (didowload di blog kami, paguyubankseunj.blogspot.com (tata cara buka blog kami lalu klik our blog pilih unduh pdf. Setelah itu klik pilihan contact us , isi nama email jurusan fakultas dan nim)
3. Essay pendek, max. 2 halaman di kertas A4 sudah termasuk 3 point dibawah ini.
- alasan pemilihan jurusan
- mengapa perlu mendapatkan beasiswa
- rencana jangka panjang setelah lulus kuliah
4. CV
5. Pas foto berwarna ukuran 4x6 2 lembar, mengenakan almamater (di belakang foto ditulis nama, jurusan, dan fakultas)
6. Copy KTM, KTP, dan KK
7. Transkip nilai (2 semester terakhir)
8. Copy rekening listrik, air, dan telepon bila pakai (2 bulan terakhir)
9. Copy tansaksi buku tabungan atas nama sendiri 2 bulan terakhir, (bila tidak ada buat surat keterangan orang tua berisi uang saku kita tiap bulan pakai materai)
10. Copy slip gaji/surat keterangan penghasilan (kalau tidak ada buat sendiri pakai materai, atau minta rt)
11. Surat rekomendasi dari pihak kampus ambil di baak
12. Surat pernyataan bermatrai "belom menikah dan bersedia untuk tidak menikah selama menerima beasiswa KSE"
13. Semua berkas dimasukan ke dalam map plastik "kancing" putih bening
