- Learning how to adapt to different teachers is highly important. Obviously, every teachers way of teaching differs, try to get as much information as possible from every teacher you have.

- Participation with your teacher and class is crucial. Whenever a question is asked, try your best to answer. Whenever you find something un-clear, ask your teacher to explain it, and whatever new information you learn, write it down! which brings us to the next strategy.

- It is recommended that if possible, try to get the main idea of the next lesson as to not be so confused when your teacher is lecturing about it.
- Be an active listener! writing down everything your teacher wrote or said without fully understanding the information is worthless. understanding the lesson is the key to having more successful notes, as then you know what information you need and what information you dont.
