Brow lamination . What exactly is it and how does it work?
It's a hot new procedure which everyone wants to experience The words "brow lamination" are two words that are on every brow fan's list.


The results speak for themselves, delivering lusher brows and no need to purchase the most expensive eyebrow products. When you examine the comparison of the before and after images it's hard for you to believe that both photos are exactly the same person's natural eyebrows.


I decided to test the treatment to the test under the guise of beauty journalism. After looking through several Treatwell listings, I booked in to Thea Beauty in London.

What is brow lamination?



"Brow lamination" is the process of straightening and lifting hairs by using an acid solution that allows the hairs to have greater flexibility in moving them to the desired form and thus filling in any gaps or other stray areas my therapist Thea Explains.



After your natural brow hairs will be straightened. A fixing solution is applied to keep your hair straight along with tinting if you want. The result is more voluminous brows that are held in place after they have been it is brushed, lasting around six weeks.

What is the difference between brow-lamination and microblading?

My natural brows (left) tend to not to look as dense than they should be but I would never thought there was enough hair in my brows to be the cause of the "after" image above.
