-shame > I want to hide myself from others, it feels miserable, just want to be alone and do nothing, suicidal thoughts....
if not to much miserable, it becomes searching about this negative state of feelings or searching who or what is guilt
-guilt > seing others guilty for my miserable or negative feelings, blaming myself or others and wanting to punish myself or others, destructive behavior
if destructive behavior is aplied it leads to lower level of shame or suicidal thoughts
if destructive behavior stagnate it may lead to higher level of apathy
- apathy > state of accepting of hopelesness, inaction, laziness, life without any purpose, living in small box *(comfort zone), I just dont punish myself
if no action for long time it may go lower to feel guilt
if there is more will to live it may lead to higher level of grief, acceptig life worth but sad and tragic
-grief > life is sad and tragic, do only what must be done and go with life
if stop doing what must be done it goes lower to apathy
if start thinking about more life it may lead to fear of failing
-fear > scared of life, scared of death, worry from external happenings, obtaining in comfort zone and inhibition
if no action because of fear, it may lead to lower level by time, to grief for passed opportunities
if start thinking about act regardless of fear it leads to activate desire
-desire > zavisnost, it consumes energy, after one desire folow another, desire seek to be satisfied, if not it becomes frustration
if i give up to act on desire I go lower to feel grief (I was lost, loser), or fear (I am unable for better life) if I act on desire but dont act well enough i become frustrated and angry, If I satisfy desire I become feel pride
-anger > unsatisfied desire result with anger (when I steel want to get desired outcome), if things dont go the way I want I become angry and express agression and antagonism, If I have some result i feel pride
Anger is result of aplaying too much force energy with weak results (energy spent, no desired result)
-pride > relay on external factors, when desire is satisfied I feel positive, I my feel satisfied and do nothing wich result in going lower
i feel positive because no more reason to be angry *(I get what I desired)
If it is external success source of pride, then ego is vulnerable, because next time instead success may hapen fail
if I use energy of positive satisfaction to move to next level then i enter zone of courage
-courage > at this level I want to learn new skils, try new things, take action on opportunities, willing to deal with obstacles and problems, setting short time goals
