imagine you're doing your thing as a security guard when you check the camera for the parts and services room. a box of parts on the floor has shifted into view, and a strange clawed arm can be seen dangling out of the box. you think nothing of it, assuming it to be moved by one of the old animatronics you've been trying to fend off. however, all of the old animatronics are out and about the building, so what moved it? you quickly brush it off and continue to check the other cameras.
eventually, old bonnie appears at your door. you fend him off and check the camera as he runs back to the parts and services room. however, the box of parts on the floor now has a red, skeletal arm reaching out of the box. you get a little bit unnerved at this, but continue to check the other cameras until the faceless rabbit escapes once again. once he leaves the room, you realize you can now see a flame-patterned animatronic head with a large, toothed grin poking out of the box...
after doing a quick assessment of the animatronic's positions in the building, you switch back to the parts and services camera to keep your eye on that box, but it's too late. the thing inside that box has escaped... it is a mishmash of spare parts, with a flaming design, an evil grin, only one arm with a beak for a hand, and one of its feet replaced with a hook. the thing also has two pairs of bare, spider-like arms on its back, which it is apparently using for locomotion. it is staring at you in an incredibly unsettling manner as it lays upside-down, its extra arms holding it above the ground. it gives you shivers just looking at it.
as you stand there watching the frankenstein's-monster-esque thing, you recall the phone call you had gotten that night...
"oh yeah, uh, one of the guards got fired recently for trying to assemble his own animatronic out of spare parts and hiding it in the parts and services room. he didn't finish one of its arms, and it looks like it can barely walk besides, so there shouldn't be anything to worry about, but if it escapes, the freddy mask should be able to deceive it..."
suddenly, you hear something scratching frantically above your head. you check the vent cameras and see that... thing crawling through the vents, its limbs flailing everywhere as it tries to climb through the tight, narrow space. you're so hypnotized by it that you don't notice that toy bonnie is in your office. you quickly put on your mask until he leaves, but then you shine your flashlight on the vent to your right and see that the demonic robot is right there... before you can react, it climbs on the ceiling using the arms on its back, ready to pounce. you try to put on your mask, but it's too late, and the thing releases a feral screech as it flies at you and everything goes dark...
