السلام عليكم عندي لك علاج واتمنا انك لا تنظر الا ما اقول بنظره ازدرا او انه كلام فارغ فقط قم بالتجربه فانت لن تخسر شي
1اولا اغتسل وتوضاء كانك اول مره واخر مره تفعلها كانك تغسل قلبك بذلك الوضواء والاغتسال
2ثانيا اكثر من الصلاة وقيام اليل والنوافل وسنن الرواتب و في كل صلى تصليها لاتنسا بين كل سجدتين ان تنثر تخاطب ربك وتدعوه وترجوه
3ثالثا ابتعد عن كل شي سلبي او اي شي يعكر صفوك او يزعجك واكثر من الاستغفار
انا كنت مصاب باكتاب حاد لدرجه كنت امشي في الشوارع واتكلم مع نفسي وابكي كنت ارا ان العالم كله اسود مظلم ليس به امان وان كل الموجودين في حياتي كذابين ومحتالين كنت اقضي وقتي نائم لي اهرب من عالمي القذر كنت اتمنا الموت والحمدالله وجدت علاجي بنفسي وانا اليوم اسعد السعدا
