ok so theres this guy and i think theres something between us but hes super shy so im not sure can i tell you somethings he does and you tell me what you think

ok so like whenever were relatively alone together it feels like we both wanna say something to the other but cant and i notice him staring at me sometimes and the other day he even sat at the same table as my friends and i and he kept looking up at me but i couldnt make myself look up at him
and even though weve only spoken 2 times the first time i asked him for the notes and he was super eager almost excited to give them to me and the 2nd time he came up to my friend and i and asked her for the notes and thank god she didnt have them so i offered him mine and he sounded kinda grateful
oh and also randomly during class some times he'll just walk past my desk even though there are other ways of going and mines probably the longest and one time he walked past my desk brushing across my arm then he just turned around and did the same thing it was so random and also a few weeks ago we were both waiting for our rides and my friends and i were talking about an upcoming sports meeting on the following tuesday and i think he over heard it because the next tuesday he was sitting at the table near the gym where the meeting was taking place and my friend saw him like 5 times over the course of 20 mins after that too. Was that a coincidence too or was he there on purpose? and were both really shy so like whenever we do get an oppurtunity to talk we both play chicken waiting for the other to make the move and then we dont and soon the chance is gone
this one might be a fluke but the other day my teacher made a joke and said something like unless shes really hot and i THINK i saw him look up really quickly at me from the corner of my eye

but then he sometimes act like im not even there but then 10 mins later all he does is stare and walk past me
for ex the other day we were in the library for class and he sat at the table all the way on the other side of the room even though for the past few classes hed been sitting closer and closer to my table until our tables were across from each other but then yd he went and sat at the farthest table with 3 other girls
and yeah ill admit i was a little jealous but then like 20 mins later when we were both off i was sitting with my friend and her bf and by coincidence i was sitting next to some random guy but he kept pacing in front of us just staring and standing there.
