Boombox 2 is a puzzler somewhere near Tetris but closer to super bubble pop. You fire blocks from your cannon at the bottom to connect to the blocks at the top of the screen. Once game ps5 are connected they burst, and points are awarded for how many blocks that are scattered. The point values are different from game to game but usually you'll get a good few points here and there.

It can be a little tricky when first trying to get points but eventually you'll get it. It can also be frustrating seeing blocks of different sizes and shape, but there's no need to worry because the game is designed in a way that you'll succeed. It may be frustrating when you first try but as you play you'll start to understand how it works and soon you'll have given up looking for the right blocks to connect with.

There are a couple of minor issues when trying to get points but nothing that will negatively effect the play. The first and most important is that the wheels move forwards when you are firing and that can be a bit tricky when trying to get shot blocks as they move forwards after being fired. But again, once you get more experience and understand how it works you'll soon hit the mid teens scores you were aiming for.

As well as being challenging there are also plenty of power ups to upgrade your character. There are blocks that make Boombox move faster, as well as blocks that allow you to shoot forward again if you get knocked off. There are also power ups that make the blocks you fire stick to blocks that allow you to move that extra bit faster. The end power ups change direction but, in the end, all that is needed is a bit of patient and a love for consistent progress.

Boom Box 2 has been improved in the area of its presentation. When the game loads it shows you a short movie that shows the story in front of you. The introduction then introduces you to the game, featuring some of the characters and what they're like. The movies then introduce you to the type of game play and show you getting started, presumably right away. This is a nice touch that helps introduce new players to the kinds of games available to play.

Unfortunately, the music doesn't help bring any class to the game. The music doesn't change throughout the twenty levels, which is quite disappointing. It does change quite dramatically from level to level. When you're playing through levels with a bunch of block enemies, the music will change to reflect that level. There are also a lot of block types to clear with faster speed, making the game exciting for a little bit more challenge. However, when you clear the objects, the music doesn't change. This can lead to a repetitive and boring listen.

Boom Box 2 is a puzzle game with music included. If you're looking for a puzzle game that is fun and addictive and brings a smile to your face, you'll love Boombox 2.Hopefully before long it will be added to your favourites on your DS.

There are a lot of other negative reviews out there, but let's look at the good ones. Most good reviews will be brief and not need a lot of space, which means you don't need to download anything.

Overall, Boombox 2 is a developer's dream. They want to have a really polished product and they achieved it in spades. Simple yet challenging. A game you can play for hours because the fun is endless. replayability is also incredibly high because you don't need to collect anything extra but if you're bored with a level, you can replay it and it won't affect your other playthroughs.
