You know what they say is about people who do the exact same thing over and over, but expect different outcomes. That is often the classical definition of the word "insanity." Unfortunately, many of our youth football coaches are suffering from this player decimating condition. They continue to do the same old thing year in and year out, with no change in their frustratingly poor or inconsistent results. In my first few years coaching youth football I went through the following post-season assessment. My answer was always the same: I needed better football players to solve my problem. My thoughts were, "All I needed was a stronger x player, a stronger y player, and kids who were more motivated, larger, etc. It was always the fault of the kids, I just needed a good team and we would succeed.

Many schools and teams do their best to avoid bringing players in that could cause trouble or damage the school or program's image in the public eye.

Brown's extraordinary professional career led to him being inducted into The Pro Football Hall of Fame. The Sporting News chose him as the greatest player of all time. Brown's Syracuse football skills earned him a spot in the College Football Hall of Fame. Brown was also inducted into the Lacrosse Hall of Fame. This gave him a rare triple crown. He is also one of few athletes to have been inducted into more than one Hall of Fame sport.
Although "sweetness" can be defined in many ways, Walter Payton is the best example of it in football. He holds the records for touchdowns as well as carries and rushing yardage. He was also a nine-time Pro Bowl selection which makes him the envy of a lot of professional NFL footballers. Some even regard him as the best footballer of all time.
It was now time to create some order. Walter Camp, the Father and founder of American Football, was the one to initiate the changes. There were many long discussions, great debates, and many long discussions.
