There's always help online and sometimes even from outside. It's especially helpful to unlock video content

In these cases, Keepvid, Flvto, and Y2mate are my go-to helpers. They always provide a solution to at least three of the problems. If one of them does not work, I go to the next. They don't have to be utilized in the exact order. Sometimes one of them is open in another tab so I just use it. In various situations, and different geo-locations , each has its advantages.


The Y2mate app is fantastic, it allows proxying of the video download, which comes often very useful. It can also convert Youtube videos to mp3 and MP4 formats. The download speeds are very quick. Y2mate ranks in the top 200 most visited websites. This is an indication that they are doing something right. It's a great site, I can verify. Flvto replaces Y2mate when it isn't working. It's amazing too, as it is compatible with Youtube and a myriad of other websites. Fltvo allows for fast downloads, and can be used with large Youtube playlists. It also comes with built-in Youtube Video Search, which is very helpful in situations where I can't copy the URL , or know how to find the video. Flvto comes with a search function that allows me to find the right video for me. It also has auto-suggest.

Keepvid is now available. It's not something I frequently use since the other two sites handle the problems. However, Keepvid is the only site in the world that offers full length Twitch video downloads, I searched and looked for other methods - couldn't locate. Apps become useless and other sites claim to offer this, but don't, however Keepvid does it great. It works with Youtube playlists and helps download the most popular videos from Youtube. However, it comes with many redirects. Recently it was displaying advertisements that came from outside. These ads don't appear until you're downloading the video. This can be annoying for me, which is why I use Flvto instead.
