This residential complex is located in the Perm, in 54-57 Tselinnaya street
The residential complex was built in 2019 by the construction company “PZSP”
The general contractor is responsible for carrying out construction work, inspecting buildings, hiring workers

For the description of a typical planning in this residential complex I have chosen a one-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. On the 6th floor there are five apartments: two one-bedroom, one two-bedroom, two three-bedroom. At this typical planning loggia and kitchen faces south. Bathroom and toilet are separated. The doors in the living rooms and in the kitchen open inwards, while the doors in the toilet and bathroom open outwards. Total area of this apartment is 66 square meters.
Excavator
The main elements: 1 - Bucket is a part used to dig. 2 - Arm is a part that moves the bucket. 3 - Boom is the main lever for moving the arm. 4 - Base Frame consists of machine, counterweight, cabin, and other components. 5 - Track Shoe, like the wheel. 6 - Track Frame consists of crawler frames and center frames used as the operation foundation.
The main advantage is cross-country ability on any type of ground surface.
Tower crane
The main elements: jib, cab, mast, winch, block, hook, load, counterweight, cable.
It is used to lift heavy loads on a construction site
The main advantage of the tower crane is the large lifting height and large service area.
