A Brand New Football Season Will Begin
3) We expect you respect ALL players and to treat them fairly. We expect you not to place your own sons at Running Back or Quarterback. While they may earn it, your kids should be treated the exact same way as everyone else.

We all go out and lift weights, condition, do speed training, football skill work. but, in some situations, especially in big High School programs, getting a shot at the starting line up can seem almost impossible. There may be 4 to 5 other players at your position with the same skill level or better. You must stand out if you want them to beat you out. You may have to do more than your current efforts.

But, in most cases if you want to become a better football player and get your coach to think of you as a starter, you better be prepared to work harder than everyone else.
