I'm glad the majority of you enjoyed tryouts, and I'm really impressed with the competition we had this year. Many of the decisions for starters and subs were hard to make, and ultimately came down to nit-picky stuff. I just want to re-emphasize that unlike last year, rosters may change throughout the season. **Just because you made the team right now does not mean you are guaranteed to be there the entire season, so please keep on trying your best, and improving**. And for people who are not starters, be aware that you may be pulled onto the team in one of these cases.
If you did not make the team this year, don't be discouraged and keep on grinding for next year!
Lastly, I want to thank everyone for their cooperation and effort they put in through tryouts. Thanks for showcasing your best mentality, best effort and respecting your teammates, and me in this tryout process. As I said in the beginning, these traits are the most important aspect of this team, and all of you were able to accomplish that.
