The storage of online videos is not guaranteed. Sites could close or disappear. Here's how to backup your social media profiles on your laptop.

My personal story isn't too long. My story isn't an extensive one. I was born, attended school, worked and finally made it online. There were also some moments where I felt like everything was gone forever. One of those instances was when my personal computer at work went completely silent. But after a bit of tweaking, acquiring a new desktop and moving my hard drive from the old one into new one I was able to restore all my work stored on that drive. Those times I am happy having my laptop with my, it's like my final safe harbor for the backups. There are two drives on it, one for each HDD. This lets them duplicate each other, and makes sure that only one copy is left in case of a failure. Since I don't often copy my laptop's contents the laptop, I have made it so that two drives do not get disconnected at once.

Another day of great sadness was a few months ago. I'm cautious not to lose the work I've done. In the same way I've copied the entire document many times and can access it instantly wherever the internet is. This was Periscope. It was a tool I often used time ago. I can then download the video to my computer or onto my desktop. I can also save it to my computer to use on other platforms. It is also possible to send it to friends. Periscope isn't supported by every site. However, this one is.

If you watch only 25 seconds, the player will download 3-4 pieces. The current 25 second stretch is divided into 3-4 segments. This reduces the amount of download needed to view the stream in just 25 seconds.
