Notes - notes.io

Alright, it looks like we have a couple options which I'll opine on.

1) OK lets face it, no one likes progression, more so when behind 12 whole raid days (4 weeks). Keeping this in mind, do people seriously want to progress on Furnace/Blackhand? If we take a look at Wowprogress if we do well and try our darndest we can probably move back up to a top 10 spot on the server.

So people how burnt out are you? Lets not make excuses about gearing alts, this has no bearing on progression, it can be accomplished as an aside.

2) Ok so you already know my stance on this, however I feel something should be mentioned to upper management... BRING IN ALTS! Now this is not to mean when someone said (or even me), "Oh yea just bring in my alt that's like 630 ilvl for this fight so I can switch." That we should bring them in, that is ridiculous people, if you want to bring an alt in, gear it up! But we still should be more flexible about alts. It's useful so people have more classes to play (less burn out) and if we need to stack specific classes for progression... we can, it's a win win!

3) In my opinion we already do this... just not to a full extent, we have 2 *cough maybe cough* days of progression on the current boss then clear the rest of mythic one day. As addressed earlier, be more flexibile when someone wants to bring in a 675~ ilvl alt for the clear.

4) Alright I'm sorry but this one is ridiculous, we already have by average the lowest amount of raiding hours for a progression guild. To suggest this when we don't even raid a full 8 hours (yes 8 we average around 7.5) a week is... I don't want to say stupid but it's all I've got. Oh and don't give me this stupid crap about Vigil or other guilds only raiding one night for a few hours, want to do that? Then kill Blackhand.

5) No

TL;DR
1. Keep doing what we're doing
2. Be more flexibile about alts coming into clear
3. If you can't handle less than 8 hours a week please put in a 2 week notice
