As in, they supplement your normal eating, they don't replace it. Start eating right if you aren't eating well. Once you have your nutrition in order, you can then start looking into supplements.

If you don't hear from anyone within two weeks, you should follow up with the coaches you have sent your information to. Usually, if they're open to the idea, they'll get back to you.
