Make sure you have your tablet, smartphones, along with your laptop on your camping trip with your children.

This is something I've learned by trial and error. My mother was there to remind me that I need to be prepared for any situation. I just shared with her my excitement about going on the first ever camping trip with my kids, her grandkids, and she was at my side, puffing and puffing up with tips and directions for any situation that could arise. I'm not afraid of her talking, but hearing her lecture. But listening to her. However, listening to her makes me nervous So I attempted to conclude it quicker than I ought to have. This was a big mistake I realized the following day...or two.

We left in our car and set off to find the campsite. I wanted to recreate the same rustic camping experience as my father did, so I chose one remote location that turned out to be in a massive zone that was not accessible to service. This meant that our smartphones were no longer available and we were totally alone without any other campers. I can't blame them, I had hoped for an incredible time off work, three days out in the wilderness, with nature.. But , we returned to our vehicles returning home just 24 hours after our camping adventure began.

What was the next thing that happened? We had no Internet and we didn't have bars, and we didn't have anything... I carried my laptop on me and it didn't get into the bag. I had a beautiful backdrop to show the trees. They wanted to check their email, get their texts, keep up with school and more. I was tired of it and put everything in the car for the return trip. After we got out of the wifi-less zone my children made sounds like little pigs enjoying delicious food... I do love my kids. This was just embarrassing. They groaned and squealed as their phones began to sound, alerting them to new messages on their phones.
Since the time, I've learned to prepare better and stay out of an area without internet access and no roaming. However, on our long boat ride towards our destination, I realized that I'd need two tablets and my laptop to keep me occupied. My tablet contains Hulu offline video on one sideand Netflix movies on the other. The laptop is home to all my music videos and films. I have 600 hours of content, including the entire seasons of Will & Grace, Friends, South Park and other episodes.
There are a lot of videos that children will love. I downloaded music videos from Youtube and converted them to MP3 or mp4 formats to watch and listen. Through this web-based application I was able to download some videos to my laptop. It allows me to view them offline without electricity (if necessary). I DVR many movies, TV Shows, and just online lectures or lectures. So, I save them as mp4 files on my laptop. Later, I can play them with VLC/KMP , or other software that can play video files.
4k is another thing I insist upon. Have you ever seen? Video is clear and crystal clear. It's stunning. I would highly recommend. Televisions that are capable of 4K video are equipped with wonderful software that improves the quality and upscales the quality of the video. The TV converts old videos into something much more. Highly recommended to everyone, girls and boys alike.
