First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who took part in giving your sincere feedback be it the pain points or the positive things you've faced or are currently facing. Do be assured that the CTRM LT takes your feedback seriously and will objectively set an intervention plan and work on improving the necessary aspects moving forward. We hope that through the plans put into place, it will further elevate the team to the desired quality. In total, we have 29 respondents to the survey sent and the breakdown by department and sub-department can be seen in the chart below i.e. 5 from CRM, 10 from TRM-LNG and 13 from TRM-Oil. If I can bring your attention to the graph on the right, you will be able to see the distribution of the results for your rating on each elements in your work environment. Highlighted in the green box are the top 3 responses the elements that you all agree and strongly agree with whereas highlighted in the red box are the top 3 responses for the elements that you all disagree and strongly disagree with. In the next slide, we will zoom into the top responses for the elements highlighted.
