1)Customer- when new contact is added ,it gets added in contact details table
2)Item - when any item is up for PO,Supplier ,price will be added in its resp item in SPD table
3) Equipment Rec Form - * when WOD no is given,it fetches all details from that Wod and warranty is calculated and sts as NER
* on saving the doc after items are mentioned, the table appears to show the previosly quoted similar unit details
4)Work Order Data - * Warranty expiry date appears here
* status duration table for calculating duration of each sts change
* If sts turns to "RNR - Return not repairable",option to create SO Form from that WOD itself.
*If all parts available for that WOD ,then stock entry making options also appears in "Create"
5)Evaluation Part - *when 'if parts required' is checked ,part sheet details also can be filled.
* If 'Parts Availability' is Yes , sts of WOD changes to AP(available parts) else SP(searching parts)
* If 'Parts Availability' is No , Create RFQ button appears
6)RFQ - Option to create multiple Supplier qtns simultaneously for all suppliers mentioned in rfq by clicking on "Create Multiple Supplier Quotation"
7)Supplier Quotation - Option to view Price Comparison Sheet for that SOD No by "View - Price Comparison Sheet"
8)Quotation - * To View previously quoted similar unit option in "View"(to view the Unit)
*Similar Items Quoted before table to view the parts and its prices that quoted earlier(To View the Parts required for that Unit)
*Item Price Details table that shows the list of parts and its details used for that Unit
*Quotation History table that shows the Internal, Customer ,REvised Qtns for that WOD/SOD
