We take 24 children who sign up to play in the rural area that I coach. This is based on a flyer that we give out at their school.

Concentrate some of the exercises on speed. Jumping squats will increase your reflex muscle speed. Squat down and jump on a step. Stand straight up and then jump down to a squat. This exercise can be repeated 40 times per day, and the step's height can gradually be increased.
