Youtube keeps showing advertisements to my child as watching videos of baby sharks and other similar channels.

This has been my concern over the last two months, ever since I began with my little girl the tablet with all those Youtube channels designed specifically with babies in mind. clipconverter They are said to assist babies in their development, enhance cognitive and other functions and help them grow both mentally and socially. However, I can definitely see my daughter loving the content, she just keeps watching it, eyes sparkling, giggles ready to be released from her lips, I love watching her be amused. I don't understand the commercials. My child doesn't consume products, so why are you insisting that I show my child ads on Youtube at times, not even baby-like ones?

First of all, babies do not comprehend commercials. It is both a wasteful of money as well as an utter waste of resources. They're babies and they don’t comprehend it. You can't say that they understand so why insist on showing them these ads? Are you saying that ads will be displayed in the event that a mother or father or other baby care workers are watching? This is becoming annoying to me.


The same is true for cat videos. I've recently realized that my cat loves watching these gorgeous videos of cats. It's usually mouse or bird My cat stares at them for hours. It's like hunting, I think. They continue to interrupt the videos with ads trying to make you buy something. My cat doesn't watch these videos. The ads aren't important to her. Perhaps they're hoping that I will be watching these videos with my cat? It's possible that they are partially right however, I am more interested in silly cat videos than doing anything useful.

I found a wonderful solution in the last few days. It involves downloading Youtube videos onto my laptop, or my daughter's tablet and then playing them from there. Do you see what I'm talking about? The site lets you save video to your computer rather than accessing it via Youtube whenever your cat wants to watch birds. The file can be saved to my desktop by pressing it twice. VLC automatically plays the video without commercials, and my cat enjoys it.

Similar process applies to all the videos for babies and channels. Every video my daughter enjoys watching are downloaded from Youtube to my PC and then transfer them onto her tablet. clipconverter Sometimes, it's just 1-2 songs. If the videos are long they are copied onto her tablet. It's actually much easier to access the website straight from my desktop. Maybe it's only me. Being old school I'm not sure.

This is an excellent method to save mobile data. Until downloading videos from Youtube became reality I had to keep my tablet connected to the internet via hotspot on my phone or sometimes I'd have the option of a separate data plan for my tablet itself, when we would go far for a vacation.. Data can be very expensive when you are roaming in the middle of nowhere... And so my data usage went down three or four times. We have actually begun rolling over a little data to the next month, which was quite a shocker for us, usually we'd pay to use our monthly limit 2-3 times.. That's why I recommend to all young parents and cat owners who love their pets to download your video clips from Youtube and other sites to your device, save to the format mp4 and watch videos any time later without additional data usage.
