How can you make your time go faster while you travel from one location to the next on truck trailers or fishing boats

Hello. This is a story about my time in USA. I came to America from Slovenia when I was just 20 and I'm now living on the East coast, Mid West and West coast, I've travelled between and to the most remote locations in North America, visited Canada and even Alaska.. I did not stay for long in any city, but only a couple of minutes in New York. However, New York is an amazing city, and you must give the city a full year. If you decide to give New York some time, I'm almost certain that it'll be among the most unforgettable moments of your life. I am a bit concerned that I may have an attention deficit issue. I have never attempted to see a doctor about this, mother never had me tested according to what Sheldon always stated in the Big Bang Theory, so I'm not certain if this is true, but I find that I drop things midway through because they became boring, stopping watching some show after 5 seasons, because it has lost interest and so on. My house is filled with those incomplete projects I have. One day, someone will discover them and complete them all. I'm unable to touch them.
