1. Keep our reputation high, especially because of how fast information and bad coverage can spread online
Be aware of the target market (interests, preferences both in shopping (eg. fast checkout process) and products (eg. modern, large page designs).
Engage with customers (on social media or on the online store. (eg. answering questions using a virtual chat on the website, interacting with customers on twitter)
Engaging could be with negatives as well (eg. Responding to negative reviews and complaints, having effective and quick customer service). Customer service is very
important because it is one of the biggest things that shapes people's perspectives of a company. When we respond to such negative feedback, we need to make sure we
respond publicly if possible. Doing so will not only raise our image from the customer being helped, but also from all who see us helping customers in such a fast and effective
way.)
Be innovative. Use creative marketing and product ideas to make our company stand out. Even if the people who see it don't buy immediately, it will stay in their mind.
Diversify our presence to all platforms (eg. Many social media platforms like Instagram or Facebook, different countries, different demographics)

2. As mentioned before, be creative. Other fashion companies might also be producing fashion magazines at around the same price as our company, meaning we will need to differentiate ourselves from them in order to compete. Other magazine companies in the industry may have certain collective features or quirks, meaning we will need to avoid following them to keep ourselves seperate. For example, Reader's Digest, Prevention, and Parenting magazine might all have a monthly food newsletter along with their magazine releases. To differentiate ourselves, we should steer away from doing so as well.

We also must remember that how we distinguish ourselves has a considerable effect on the demand of our product. Additionally, our new online service will cut out printing, meaning we now have an unlimited supply of magazines available. This means that as we distinguish our product and market, we will gain demand. Since we now have a proverbial blank cheque of supply, we will not be following the typical pattern of having supply fall when demand rises. Therefore, being different is now more important than any other time. We need to take advantage of the strategies listed previously to profit from our newfound infinite supply as much as possible.
