We will NOT transport warm-blooded animals when ground temperatures are higher than 85 degrees Fahrenheit or less than 20 degrees Fahrenheit. We transport warm-blooded animals when ground temperatures are between 45 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. This applies to origin, connection and destination cities. State animal protection laws are primarily concerned with companion animals, though there are also some state wildlife protection laws. Animal cruelty is against the law in every state, and certain acts of animal abuse are also considered felonies. It is important to report a suspected crime, whether it is animal abuse, child abuse, or some other illegal act.
