Effective olive oil marketing along with business strategies.
Each program session will conclude in a panel discussion, followed by the opportunity to ask questions. The symposium will also offer the opportunity to taste olive oil and an educational tour through the olive groves.

The Yale School of Public Health is planning to establish The Yale Institute for Olive Sciences and Health The institute will be dedicated to the study of olive trees, their products , and their derivatives, and ways to further integrate the fruits and their products into peoples' nutrition.
