方法：上八種藥，以水煎煮2次。每日2次，飯後溫服。功效：治療過食肥胖、運動不足、情志失調以致皮下脂肪沉著的中年人。
清宮仙藥茶
組成：上等茶葉3克，紫蘇葉、石菖蒲、澤瀉、山楂各12克。
方法：後四種研粗末，與茶葉混合，收貯備用。每次適量，開水泡，當茶飲。功效：消脂減肥，可用於治療單純性肥胖癥和高脂血癥。
海藻輕身湯
組成：取海藻、薏仁各12克，夏枯草、山楂、澤瀉各15克，茵陳、柴胡各9克，白芥子6克，甘草5克。
方法：清水煎取200ml，每次口服100ml，1日2次。功效：化痰祛脂，健脾利濕，調理氣機，主治女性青年肥胖癥。
