Hello Amazon Seller Support Team,
First of all, thank you for helping us open our store. We manage this business from Turkey. We have been selling on amazon with different marketplaces for about 2 years. When we first opened our Canadian store, we did not take into account the violation notices received in our store because we did not have much experience. We didn't know much about Amazon policies. Later, we received the necessary training and we are running our other stores without any problems. However, our store here coincided with the period when we were amateurs and was closed. Afterwards, we applied to the performance teams many times, but we could not get any results.
I can absolutely prove that I do dropshipping in accordance with Amazon policies and the authenticity of my products, because from day one I have acted and worked according to the rules of the dropshipping policy.
In the appeal below, I explained what the error was, what I did to fix it, and what measures I took to ensure it didn't happen in the future. Also, in the attachment to this email, I will try to prove that all sales documents, invoices, and every sale I have ever made are in compliance with Amazon policies. I don't own the brand, I work with the supplier in stock, I add the supplier's authorization to you and it matches the number of inventory I have uploaded to Amazon.

We’ve been selling it on Amazon for a but we take the exorbitant price issue caused by covid-19 more seriously than anyone else. We haven’t had any problems with pricing since we started selling as a team. I made an error because did not carefully read and properly follow and implement the Amazon Pricing Guide lines according to the Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy Rules and Regulations when I priced and listed a Multi Pack. We have received a notice regarding Price Gouging and violation of Amazon.ca Fair Pricing Policy. Additionally setting a shipping fee on a product that is excessive as well as reference price on a product or service that misleads customers. For other items, we have found that our automatic repricing software, SellerRunnig has automatically repriced some items to a price that was too high in accordance with Amazon Fair Pricing Policy. Many of our suppliers have raised their cost for their items due to the situation for Covid-19.
We were unaware at the time of the Amazon fair pricing policy.

Firstly, the main reason of this problem was due to the program we used to analyze the products from amazon.com. This program was performing inventory updates once a day while doing product analysis, and while updating the inventory, our source magazine was updated according to the prices there because it was amazon.com and this error has occurred. He saw that the price was rising and since the program updated only once in 24 hours, based on this price, he updated the price on our dealer magazine Amazon.

No one complained about authenticity or other issues for orders shipped. I have ordered over 100 since the beginning.
I have tried my best to make happy customers on Amazon.
I have successfully delivered all these orders.
My only goal is to make my customers happy.
And I know that this is only possible by offering authentic products.
