Snake Catching.
1 - The safest option is always to set a snake trap.
If you can't get the snake yourself, hire a professional snake expert.

When you have identified the snake positively and know that it is not venomous, then the easiest way is to grab it with thick gloves and hold it for quite some time. Put it in a pillowcase and move it.

A snake hook or snake tongs are best used to catch the snake if you don't want to handle it, can't identify it, or can't reach it.
BUT - Most bites occur when you try to catch or kill a snake, so perhaps you should just leave it alone. You should use a trap or hire a pro to remove it. Both are listed below.
When you sit bent over in a garden, in the heat of the day, you are likely to be unnerved by a thin, long body suddenly slithering beneath your feet. In addition to liking your garden, the snake has been watching you as you remove rocks and weeds from the ground. When removing a snake from a pillow case, gently spread it out so that a good portion of the body is still covered. You now need to step away from the pillowcase. The linen may be claimed once the snake has left.
As an alternative if the above method seems too direct, you could use a large garbage can to flush the snake. Broom the snake into the bin after placing it on the ground. Avoid hitting or pushing the snake; you do not want to cause any injury. Because of the smooth sides, the snake will be unable to climb out and it will be safe to relocate.
Snakes can be removed from a house using a shirt and pillowcase if they are inside. Place your shirt or light blanket over the snake then scoop it up and put it into the pillowcase. If you have a garbage bin or large storage container, you can position the pillowcase inside to provide the snake with access to the open space. Over the container, place an airtight lid with holes.
