Ik voel paniek wanneer ik in mijn eentje ben. ik krijg angstige en sombere gevoelens, bang dat ik voor altijd alleen zal blijven. het gevoel is erg onprettig en laat me bijna paniekerig voelen. ik wil iets doen om het te ontsnappen.
Ik mis Edmund dan nog veel meer, omdat ik meestal naar hem toe ga om van dit gevoel af te komen. Dit kan nu niet en ik ga geen druk op hem zetten. Ik moet leren op om mezelf te zijn.
Wat zei de psycholoog ookalweer? De gevoelens toelaten en ze vervolgens laten gaan.
